AI Without the Hype

Blog index for Aaron Makelky field notes on AI tools, education, creators, agents, and practical workflows.

What I write about

The blog is where the social posts get more room. I write about AI in classrooms, agent workflows, creator tools, podcasting, privacy, and the small operational details that decide whether a tool survives real use.

Most posts start from something I tested or saw up close. A student using AI to make a reading finally click. A teacher trying to write a policy that will not fall apart in week two. A small agent job that saves someone from checking a noisy surface all day.

The archive is not meant to be a perfect curriculum. It is a field notebook. If a post has held up, I keep it. If a newer test changes the way I think, I add the next note.
