I built a review page for AI Rabbit Holes clips where every note is a JSON file pinned to a clip, a version, and a second, committed to GitHub. Here are my two real notes on clip 2, what they fixed, and the open-source tool.

When I canceled ChatGPT Plus, I realized I'd left my entire working life in it. The binder method keeps my instructions, context, and work in one GitHub folder any AI app can use, so I can switch apps any time. Copy the prompt to set up yours.

Ryan Doser and I talked GitHub for marketers on AI Rabbit Holes. Why I keep my work in GitHub instead of Google Drive, how I back up my Grok Bot setup, and the chief of staff repo I check out like a binder.

Cursor, Codex, Hermes, Grok Bot, and Devin all take work from one Linear workspace. How I set it up with one rules doc, one OAuth app per agent, and a webhook gateway, plus a prompt your agent can use to walk you through yours.

Ryan Doser tested Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Sol, and Muse Spark on a landing page and a launch email. I still use Luna as my daily driver, and Muse surprised me.

Ryan Doser and I talked open source AI models on AI Rabbit Holes. A 3 GB Qwen model renames my screenshots offline, GLM Flash runs my personal agent in Hermes, and OpenRouter keeps it all on one API key.

Ryan Doser and I talked AI video editing on AI Rabbit Holes. I still record in Riverside and Descript, but Claude, HyperFrames, and Tesseract do most of my editing now.

I sent one prompt and gave zero revision notes. Here are the real prompts, Linear ticket, brand rules, and outputs behind a 2:11 ChatGPT dot vs Grok Bot CarPlay video, and how to set up your own version.

ChatGPT's dots run a background Heartbeat Dreamer that starts at a $100-a-month plan. Here's the same prompt and a setup for each agent: Grok Bot routines, Claude scheduled tasks, or Muse recurring tasks.

I compared Meow and Mercury for my consulting business: the apps, the APIs, the pricing, and what my agents can actually do with each one. Mercury won as the daily operating account; Meow is still the better idea for how agents should touch money.

Grok Bot is awesome, but the rate limits suck. Here's a little trick that's totally legit: run Cursor, Grok Build, Codex, or Google's anti-gravity on Grok Bot's own Linux terminal so the coding work does not eat your usage.

I made plenty of AI mistakes as a classroom teacher. These are the ones I would clean up first, especially for schools trying to move past panic and tool demos.
